Disappointed Sep 16, 2011
By kriswithak Purchased this product in an attempt to make a tablet device more usable for every day life, such as typing out notes and word documents. Was extremely disappointed however as the key responsiveness is all over the place, sometimes requiring the lightest touch, while at other times not responding at all. The battery life seems reasonable for a single days use, but probably not much longer. Having been forced back into using the onscreen keyboard it is just far superior to trying to work with this product, from the perspective of usability, convenience and speed.

Great Value and Portability Oct 03, 2011
By Live and Learn I have used my keyboard for about two months and I am very impressed with my purchase so far. I am in nursing school and I use this keyboard with my iPad2 about four days a week for taking notes in class. It pairs easily and is very responsive. I do have to press slightly harder than I am used to, usually on the q,w,e,r, and t. I am right handed so that might explain why I am less firm with those keys. I learned fast though and adapted quickly. A couple negative things about it though, it does not come with any way to store it, it just flops around in my bag. Yes, it does roll up, but then what keeps it rolled up? Nothing. I solved this by making a band specifically for it. Another thing is that the surface collects dust and crumbs really easily. I'd have to wash it off regularly with water to keep it clean. I try to brush it off with my hands during class and it won't come off. It does hold a nice charge.
Things that I like about my keyboard:
+Waterproof +Rolls up +Small size +Very durable
Things I don't like about my keyboard:
-Charging options. (USB) -Collects dust easily -No case or band to keep it rolled up
Altogether, I really like my Scosche keyboard though I wouldn't replace my regular keyboard with it.

Great idea, but don't waste your money Dec 29, 2011

Right from the first was intermittently touchy as other reviewers would report. Very often get repeated letters for even the lightest key touch. Tactile feedback is so poor don't even think of touch typing on it. Carried for about 2 months kept flat, about my 5th use one entire strip of keys just stopped working. Try typing meaningful notes with half a dozen keys missing, good exercise in creativity, bad use of money. Boy, I sure wish it worked, but it doesn't.

Kind of a diappointment Jan 31, 2012
By e28abbie For my use I need a solid keyboard. I would not have purchased this if I was able to use it first. It sounds like a good idea. However it is not very fast. I could see some uses for it, like on a job site where your iPad would be up and your keyboard on a dirty table. Or even for the accident prone(coffee drinkers...). Overall a decent product. But not for me. It's another electronic device that sits in my office....
