I love the new Otterbox case. The orange is a true hunter's safety orange, alot brighter then it appears in the picture. The case is solid and I don't feel nervous with my Iphone 4s now.

I love the case! It's fantastic and I wouldn't expect anything other then that from Otterbox. But I hate that damn chinese plastic holster! I broke it in two days!

I am absolutely amazed with this product! It's everything that I had been searching for in terms of an otterbox for my iPhone. I was a little skeptical about the color of orange that was displayed on the face of the phone; thinking it might come out looking more like a "longhorn orange" rather than a "hunter safety/blaze orange." I almost bought the black faced one instead, to be on the safe side. But I'm very happy that I decided to go with this one. I get compliments on it everywhere I go! But aside from the looks..when I'm out workin on the farm I don't worry as much about it. I've dropped it from the top of a ladder, and even dropped it out of the combine and so far there has been absolutely no damage!(: I love it!

I BOUGHT THIS FOR MY HUSBAND AND HE FELL IN LOVE WITH IT. IT IS SO PROTECTIVE AND SO ATTRACTIVE THAT I EVEN THOUGHT ABOUT BUYING ME ONE JUST BECAUSE NO ONE ELSE HAS ONE LIKE IT (EXCEPT MY HUBBY OF COURSE). IT IS AMAZING AND WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!

A review with some notes related if your a current Otterbox Defender user! Feb 14, 2012

I wanted to write up a review on this new 'camo' Otterbox Defender case. I've been a longtime user of the all black Otterbox Defender case for the iPhone 4 (not the 4S). That first all black case was a very good case, but it did have its faults. Mainly, the rubber or silicone was too "tacky" and would grab my pockets when I was trying to take my phone out. And the rubber on the all black case was too "soft" and I found myself having to always be pushing it back into the slots, etc.
Well, Otterbox has definitely improved on this! I'm not sure if it is just these 'camo' cases or if they have done this for the rest of the line, but the silicone is MUCH more durable now. Not near as tacky feeling and it is definitely staying in the grooves better. Also, the camo pattern is actually molded into the case, and it has no tacky feel at all, very smooth.
Again, this review won't mean much if you have never owned or seen one of the Defender cases, I just wanted to throw this out there for people who were having the same issues as me, with the silicone being tacky and popping out of the grooves.
Great job Otterbox!
